Diamond has been in the education field for over 8 years as a Reading Specialist. She has taught multiple grade levels and subjects.
Diamond has received her BS from the University of North Texas where she was able to study English Language Arts and Reading. She received her Masters from Dallas Baptist University, studying Teaching with an emphasis in Multisensory Specialization. She received her second Masters from Dallas Baptist University in Educational Leadership.
She has also received training in Scottish Rite's Take Flight reading program and is working on her doctorate in Special Education.
